THE BIG DAY IS HERE!!!! 🙂
I am super happy…I do wish I hadn’t missed out on my last week of workout…but I am proud of myself for accomplishing the personal challenge I had set for myself 🙂
I don’t how many of you reading this know how this feels but it feels super amazing for a highly unfit round person like me to be able to do the strenous workout of day 30 successfully..
I know this may sound borderline boastful but I already feel like a svelte-toned-sexy-fit-gym-freak-model
(though its still a faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away dream 😛 ) as I type my workout schedule that I survived of Day 30 🙂 :
Post work out I am way exhausted but I guess the fact, that today was day 30, kept me going 🙂
So, In conclusion…..
Was it easy?
Nope…this was probably one of the most difficult self imposed challenge I had ever taken up…But the motivation to not give up was there….I have had bad days and pitfalls….But I guess, the need to overcome myself has been a factor and definitely worth mentioning is the fact that you, my fellow bloggers have encouraged my efforts through your comments and likes….It motivated me to push myself so that I would have something to post about and to not fail..So, thank you for that 🙂
Have I achieved all I set for in my PLAN in these 30 days?
Well, not entirely…I still haven’t begun waking up at 5-5:30 am or started to go to bed at 22:00-23:00…
I have begun eating healthy, though I still have bad days where I end up completely binge-eating…
I definitely have begun burning my calories…and most importantly, I have begun looking forward to my workouts instead of making excuses to avoid working out …
and to that I say, Cheers 🙂

No, I did not fall off the edge off the Earth….I was down with flu (which is worse)…Runny nose, sore throat, body pain ..the works…
On the plus side, I am recovering….On the minus side….I lost out 5 days of workout…n that too in my last week of the challenge!!! Also, as I was sick , I ate and drank whatever would please my throat and mood (that translates into a lot of bowls of hot slurpy pasta soup and warm comforting french toasts with more than a few squeezes of hot chocolate sauce)
So, to summarize… I have devoured a few calorie bombs in these past few days and haven’t worked out…but am feeling better (still a slightly runny nose with some cough too but thankfully no headaches n body pains)….So, I hope to get on my exercise wagon and try to salvage my last 3 days and hope that it redeems me ….Wish me luck 🙂
Today was gruesome!
Well, to name a few:
- I did not wake up early as hoped and planned….thus the schedule for the full day went for a toss…as a result the workout was pushed to 6 in the evening!!!! 😦
- The work out itself was tooo difficult… 45 sit ups!!! I had to break them down to 3 sets of 15 to get through!!!
- I binged 😦 Its not like I follow any strict diet….I am just avoiding fatty, fried junk food….but today I just ended up eating all that and more…We had an impromptu plan of a family dinner at a nearby restaurant & the family ordered fried cheese sticks with noodles and rice…. & I did not resist 😦 I did feel the guilt but that was when I was half away through my plate 😦 ….I know …..Horrible!
Anyway to sum up today’s work out…it was :
I warned you that it was gruesome!!!!
I just hope I learn from today and get better tomorrow…Cause let me give you a heads up…I just took a sneak peek at tomorrow’s workout schedule & it is worse than today’s!!!!
If you are reading this, do comment in & suggest how do I stick to a fixed schedule and how do I stay away from Junk food ( it ends up finding me! 😦
