start up…

Well, I did wake up at 5:30 today.. got very groggy by 9:30..took a nap for 1 hour….

not a great start…but it’s something…

m still not working out…but have begun making changes to my diet…

  • no fruits or complex carbs after 7 pm

no outside food or empty calorie foods

hope I get consistent…
